Abutu Odu is a Partner at Olajide Oyewole LLP and heads the Real Property practice, specialising in real estate law. He advises on complex prime property acquisitions, real estate development, joint venture developments, construction projects, land legislation and practices, taxation and charges, zoning, subdivision and land use issues, land allocation, and the perfection of title to real estate property.
