Adeife Omolumo

Adeife Omolumo is a Trainee Associate with expertise in property law, corporate and commercial law, banking, fiscal and finance law, and has interests in arbitration, energy, taxation, intellectual property, M&A, and corporate finance. She advises on property transactions, land documentation, commercial leasing, and regulatory compliance.

Adeife holds an LL.B from the University of Lagos (Second Class Upper) and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School (Second Class Upper). She is an Ambassador of the Nigerian Copyright Commission, an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC), and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
