Amarachi Eze-Njoku

Amarachi Eze-Njoku is an Associate in the Corporate Commercial Department at Jackson, Etti & Edu in Victoria Island, Lagos. She focuses on general commercial law, energy and projects, and provides routine transaction advisory on energy, infrastructure, and labour and employment matters.

She has also acquired relevant experience in intellectual property and data protection, particularly intra-data group transfer, brand protection litigation, general commercial litigation, company secretarial services, and regulatory and compliance advisory services.
