Amos Ubale

Amos Ubale is an Associate in the firm's Dispute Resolution Practice. He represents and advises local and international clients in high-profile disputes across multiple sectors, focusing on finding solutions to complex legal issues. His expertise spans corporate and commercial litigation, arbitration, contract law, employment matters, banking, and criminal law.

He successfully represented the Nigerian Deposit Insurance Commission in an appeal against a National Industrial Court decision awarding ₦5 billion, represented Shell Petroleum Development Company Ltd (SPDC) in an appeal against a Federal High Court decision awarding over US$50 million, and represented SPDC in an action seeking to restrain divestment of assets. He is part of the team representing the Federal Government of Nigeria in a multi-billion naira claim over Banana Island and Osborne Foreshore Estate, successfully represented a foreign airline in a challenge to an airport concession, and has represented the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in multiple election petition appeals.

Amos holds an LL.B from the University of Jos, Plateau State and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School (First Class Honours, DG's Prize). He was also on the Dean's Honor Roll, Faculty of Law, University of Jos. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
