Bonita Njoku

Bonita Njoku is an Associate in the Corporate Law, Fintech & Real Estate Practice Groups of Koriat & Co. She provides company incorporation, business licence facilitation, and support services for new entrants into the Nigerian market. Bonita also provides company secretarial and advisory services to shareholders and directors of medium and large companies, along with contract drafting and review, due diligence, and regulatory compliance for businesses across diverse sectors of the Nigerian legal environment.

Bonita holds an LLB from Gregory University, Uturu, Abia State, and a BL from the Nigerian Law School. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
