Daniel Ifeanyichukwu Aloh

Daniel Ifeanyichukwu Aloh is an Associate at Obra Legal and heads the Property Department, specialising in property and real estate law, civil litigation, and criminal litigation. He advises clients on property transactions, land disputes, real estate development, and regulatory compliance, while also representing clients in civil and criminal litigation matters.

He has extensive experience in property law, including conveyancing, land disputes, and property‑related litigation. Prior to joining Obra Legal, he worked at the Enugu State Ministry of Justice, Legal Drafting Department, where he was part of the team that drafted the Child’s Right Law of Enugu State 2016. He has also attended numerous conferences and seminars to enhance his legal practice.

Daniel holds an LL.B (Hons) from Ebonyi State University (2012) and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos Campus (2014). He was called to the Nigerian Bar on 25 November 2014.
