Enoch Udegbunam

Enoch Udegbunam is an Associate in the firm's Finance and Capital Markets Practice Group. He is passionate about corporate finance, intellectual property protection, and general corporate advisory. He is committed to helping clients navigate complex legal challenges with practical and forward-thinking solutions.

Prior to joining the firm, he gained valuable experience interning at top-tier law firms in Nigeria, contributing to legal research, client advisory, and business development.

Enoch holds an LL.B. from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School (First-Class Honours). He is an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK) and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association. He has published "Creeping Expropriation Under International Law: Assessing the Relevance of the Zhongshan Fucheng Award and the Importance of Safeguarding Investments in Nigeria."
