Esther Afu-Adajo

Esther is an Associate in the Firm’s Dispute Resolution, Labour and Employment, Tax, Transportation and Insolvency practice group. She has extensive experience in arbitration and commercial litigation. She is very knowledgeable in major arbitration rules including the ICC, UNCITRAL, MAAN, and RCICAL. Her focus is on cutting-edge strategies to resolve disputes in the areas of maritime, commercial contracts, labour and employment, corporate, debt recovery, and bankruptcy/insolvency. She is also experienced in advising clients on the sale of assets agreements, mergers and acquisitions, land transactions, concession contracts, joint venture agreements, maritime asset acquisition, due diligence and distressed situation deals.
