Faith Boluwatife Omole

Faith Boluwatife Omole is a member of the Corporate/Commercial and Transactions Practice Unit at Alliance Law Firm. She earned her LL.B from Kogi State University as the Best Graduating Student of her class and obtained her B.L. from the Nigerian Law School with a Second-Class Upper Division.

Faith's practice focuses on Corporate and Commercial Law, Transactions, Data Protection, Dispute Resolution, and Company Secretarial and Legal Advisory Services. She actively engages in legal research and analysis of emerging legal and regulatory issues, providing practical and commercially focused support to clients.

Prior to joining Alliance Law Firm, she gained valuable experience while serving at the Court of Appeal, Owerri Judicial Division under the supervision of Justice Rita Pemu Nosakhare. She also completed internships with leading law firms, including Banwo & Ighodalo, Olaniwun Ajayi, Omaplex Law Firm, and Pensbury Attorneys and Solicitors.

Faith is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC). She is known for her commitment to excellence, integrity, diligence, and continuous professional development.
