Fatihat Yakubu

Fatihat Yakubu is a Trainee Associate in the firm's Corporate Law practice, based in the Lagos office. She advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including corporate mergers and acquisitions, energy and projects, taxation, banking and finance, and general commercial advisory.

Ms. Yakubu has gained experience across the firm's Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Regulatory, Compliance & Governance, and Intellectual Property Departments, advising on IP protection and enforcement, trademark prosecution, technology-related disputes, corporate governance, AML/CFT compliance, and market entry strategies.

She holds a First Class degree from the Nigerian Law School and a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Lagos (Second Class Upper). She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators.
