Grace Kalu

Grace Kalu, Esq., LL.B, B.L. serves as ‘Of Counsel’ at HARLEM Solicitors, specialising in Corporate and Commercial Law, Litigation, and Dispute Resolution. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Uyo and was a top performer at the Nigerian Law School, ranking 7th overall and receiving three awards for academic excellence.

Grace began her legal career at Aare Afe Babalola, SAN & Co., where she gained experience in complex corporate and commercial matters, litigation, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). She advises clients on dispute resolution strategies while addressing broader policy and institutional challenges that may affect litigation and ADR outcomes.

She has earned certifications in Copyright Law from Harvard Law School, Intellectual Property from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and Digital Marketing from Google. Grace combines creativity, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills to provide effective, client-focused legal solutions.
