Hans Offia

Hans Offia is the Managing Partner at Hans Offia & Associates and heads the Firm’s Litigation & Dispute Resolution and Property & Real Estate practice groups. He has broad expertise in commercial litigation, land disputes, tax matters, and alternative dispute resolution (ADR).

He applies strong legal, commercial, and regulatory insight to complex litigation and transactional matters, particularly for corporate clients. He is also actively involved in pro bono legal services, representing indigent inmates, victims of domestic violence, and supporting human rights advocacy initiatives in Nigeria.

Hans Offia holds an LL.B from Ebonyi State University and a B.L from the Nigerian Law School. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Chartered Mediators & Conciliators.
