Irene Momoh

Irene Momoh is a Senior Associate in the firm's Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice, based in the Abuja office, specializing in Employment Law. She provides expert guidance on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including contract negotiation, dismissals, disputes, change management, grievances, discrimination, redundancy, business reorganization, and outsourcing.

Ms. Momoh represents a diverse range of local and multinational clients across asset management, technology, energy, infrastructure, and professional partnerships, advising senior executives and members on employment law matters with expertise in Employment Tribunal litigation, risk assessment, and commercial settlement negotiations. She also serves as Deputy Sector Head for the Firm's Fast-Moving Consumer Goods sector.

She holds a law degree from Ambrose Alli University and completed the Bar at the Nigerian Law School. She was ranked as a top-tier lawyer in dispute resolution by Legal 500 EMEA in March 2024.
