Kelechi Amadi

Kelechi Amadi is a Senior Partner at Hans Offia & Associates and heads the Firm’s practice groups in Intellectual Property, Corporate Governance & Regulatory Compliance, Corporate & Commercial Law, and Taxation. She has extensive experience in advising clients on complex corporate and regulatory matters, including dispute resolution and regulatory engagement across multiple jurisdictions.

With over 8 years of legal practice experience, Kelechi represents both local and international clients in litigation, regulatory advisory, and corporate transactions. She is also an academic researcher and has delivered lectures internationally, contributing to legal scholarship on Nigerian law and regulatory frameworks.

She is actively involved in pro bono legal work, focusing on access to justice for indigent individuals, women, and victims of domestic and gender-based violence, and collaborates with human rights organizations locally and internationally.

Kelechi holds an LL.M and LL.B from Ebonyi State University and a B.L from the Nigerian Law School. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
