Kola Fatoye

Kola Fatoye, Esq., LL.B, B.L, LL.M, Notary Public is the Chair of the Litigation Group at HARLEM Solicitors. He graduated with distinction from Obafemi Awolowo University, where he earned both his LL.B and LL.M degrees, and has been a member of the Nigerian Bar for more than two decades.

Kola began his legal career at the law firm of Alfred Okupon in Benin City, gaining extensive experience in civil and commercial litigation. He later joined Agbaje, Agbaje & Co., where he spent over a decade building a strong litigation and appellate practice while representing clients across a wide range of complex legal disputes.

His practice focuses on Commercial Litigation, Civil Litigation, Corporate Disputes, Employment and Labour Matters, Wills and Probate Proceedings, and Criminal Litigation. Throughout his career, he has successfully represented corporations, government-linked entities, high-net-worth individuals, and private clients in high-profile and complex legal matters.

In addition to his litigation practice, Kola serves as a Notary Public. He is recognized for his strategic advocacy, courtroom experience, and commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for clients in contentious and commercial matters.
