Lilian Adat is a Legal Officer at Alliance Law Firm, specialising in Corporate and Commercial Law, Legal Advisory, Regulatory Compliance, Oil & Gas Law, Dispute Resolution, and Energy & Environmental Law. She holds an LL.B from University of Uyo, a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, Enugu, and an LL.M from Rivers State University.

Lilian provides advisory and representation services across a wide spectrum of corporate, commercial, and litigation matters, including contract drafting and review, negotiation, regulatory compliance, and business relationship management. She also supports clients in the oil and gas, fabrication and design, engineering, procurement and commissioning, dry-dock services, and labor-related sectors.

She has participated in high-value negotiations, managed host community-related issues, and contributed to thought leadership with numerous publications on energy, infrastructure, and environmental law. Lilian has received recognition including the Mondaq Thought Leading Awards and the Lexology Legal Influencer Awards for her contributions to the legal industry in Africa and the Middle East.
