Muhammad Sani Saad

Muhammad Sani Saad serves as Head of Chambers and is an experienced legal practitioner with a focus on Commercial Litigation, Corporate Compliance, Risk Management, Contract Negotiation, and Dispute Resolution. With more than six years of post-call experience, he advises clients on complex commercial and regulatory matters while representing their interests in contentious proceedings.

His notable experience includes securing a successful breach-of-contract judgment for Silver Wings Limited, developing regulatory compliance frameworks for Wellcare Ltd, and resolving more than 50 land dispute matters across Northern Nigeria.
