Olaniran Osotuyi

Olaniran Osotuyi is a Partner and Head of the firm’s Enterprise Practice Group. He advises clients on corporate establishment structures, corporate restructuring, investment support, capital importation, trusts, divestments, corporate regulatory matters, corporate finance, projects, and mergers & acquisitions across various sectors.

Niran regularly supports clients with strategic corporate advisory, transaction structuring, and governance matters. His work includes advising on corporate reorganizations, investment and divestment transactions, and project financing, helping clients navigate complex regulatory and commercial environments.

He has authored publications on trustees’ indemnity rights, fiduciary duty remedies, illegal contracts, and class actions in Nigeria, reflecting his expertise in corporate law, governance, and commercial litigation.

Olaniran holds an LL.M from the University of Cambridge, a B.L from the Nigerian Law School, and an LL.B from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, United Kingdom.
