Olubukola Aishat Ganiyu

Olubukola Aishat Ganiyu is an Associate with expertise in private equity and taxation. She provides legal advisory services across diverse sectors including labour, telecommunications, aviation, and finance, and offers company secretarial support to corporate clients. She drafts and reviews commercial agreements such as service level agreements, procurement and construction agreements, concession agreements, sales and purchase agreements, and finance agreements.
