Oludare Senbore

Oludare Senbore is a Partner with extensive experience advising lenders and borrowers on complex financing transactions, including local and foreign currency syndicated lending, lease transactions, project finance, mergers and acquisitions, structured trade finance, and private equity deals. He has acted as lead counsel on a wide range of transactions, from one of the largest oil and gas acquisition financings to multibillion dollar project financings.

He has advised clients on varied aspects of foreign investments, real estate, and regulatory frameworks relating to utilities. His international practice spans across multiple sectors, with particular focus on the energy, infrastructure, and real estate sectors.
