Olufemi Fadahunsi

Olufemi Fadahunsi is the Managing Partner of the Firm with over 37 years of professional experience spanning law, information technology, banking technology, business operations, and executive leadership. He holds an LL.B from the University of Ibadan and a B.L from the Nigerian Law School.

Before assuming leadership of the Firm, Olufemi built a distinguished career in the technology sector, serving as Country General Manager of NCR Nigeria Plc, where he successfully grew the business from approximately $5 million to $40 million in revenue. He played a significant role in the development of Nigeria's electronic banking ecosystem and was instrumental in the deployment of the first Automated Teller Machine (ATM) in Nigeria.

Olufemi also served on the MICR Subcommittee of the Bankers Committee, contributing to the development of Nigeria's electronic clearing system. His expertise covers technology, digital transformation, banking systems, product development, operations management, and regulatory frameworks. He has led numerous technology-driven initiatives that have contributed to innovation and operational efficiency within the Nigerian financial services sector.

As Managing Partner, he combines legal knowledge with extensive technology and business leadership experience to provide strategic guidance on technology-related, commercial, and regulatory matters. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA).
