Peter Olalere, MCIArb

Peter Olalere, MCIArb is an Associate Partner and dispute resolution expert with considerable experience in the Energy and Natural Resources industry. He advises individual and corporate clients on complex insolvency issues, policy formulation, and multi‑million dollar insurance claims, including a well blowout, fire and oil spill. He has represented local and multinational companies in major arbitration proceedings.

He holds an LL.M in Energy and Natural Resources Law from Queen Mary University of London, an LL.B with Honors from the University of Maiduguri, and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School. He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2006 and appointed a Notary Public for Nigeria in 2017. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, International Bar Association, Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), and ICC Young Arbitrators Forum.
