Ranti Fajana is an Associate Partner in the Corporate & Commercial Team, with expertise in corporate and commercial law, start-up advisory, company secretarial services, regulatory compliance, government relations, and intellectual property transactions. She provides strategic legal advisory to companies intending to do business in Nigeria, assists in securing requisite permits, approvals and licenses, and handles the firm's briefs in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

She advises clients on company formations, regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and commercial transactions across various sectors, ensuring that businesses navigate Nigeria's legal and regulatory landscape effectively. She also provides company secretarial services and advises on government relations and IP transactions.

Ranti holds an LL.B from Lagos State University (2007) and was admitted to the Nigerian Bar in 2008. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and a Student Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN).
