Roli Meggison

Roli Meggison is a Senior Associate with a practice focused on banking and finance, capital markets, project finance, and metals and mining transactions. She advises both domestic and international clients on complex financing arrangements and corporate transactions across a variety of sectors.

Her experience includes advising on debt financing, equity financing, project finance transactions, securities offerings, structured finance arrangements, and regulatory compliance matters. Roli regularly assists clients in navigating sophisticated financing structures and capital market transactions, providing commercially focused legal solutions tailored to their business objectives.

In addition to her finance and capital markets practice, she has developed significant experience in the metals and mining sector, advising clients on project development, acquisition transactions, and regulatory issues affecting mining operations. Her understanding of industry dynamics enables her to support clients throughout the mining value chain.

Roli holds an M.Sc from Trinity College Dublin and Fudan University, Shanghai, a B.L from the Nigerian Law School, and an LL.B (Hons) from University College Dublin. She is also an Associate Member of the Business Recovery & Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria (BRIPAN–INSOL), reflecting her broader expertise in restructuring and insolvency-related matters.
