Before that, she was Chief Legal Officer of leading integrated energy group, Oando plc. She was also previously a Partner in one of Nigeria’s leading law firms. Her public service career included appointments at different times as Commissioner for Urban & Physical Planning, Commissioner for Agriculture, and Director-General of the Bureau of Lands & Survey in the government of Ogun State. She draws on this unique blend of experience to assist a wide range of clients including senior executives, boards of directors, businesses and public authorities in navigating complex governance, legal and regulatory challenges.
