Seledi Rita Abey

Seledi Rita Abbey is an Associate in the Corporate, Commercial and Transactions Practice Unit of Alliance Law Firm. She holds an LL.B from Rivers State University and a B.L from the Nigerian Law School.

Seledi is a diligent and detail-oriented legal practitioner with experience in corporate and commercial transactions, legal advisory services, data protection, energy, and oil and gas matters. She is committed to delivering practical and commercially sound legal solutions that align with clients’ business objectives.

Her professional interests extend to Environmental Law and Sustainability, reflecting a growing focus on responsible business practices and evolving regulatory frameworks. Through continuous legal research and professional development, she supports clients in navigating complex commercial and regulatory issues.

Seledi is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC), and the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (NICArb). She is also an Environmental Associate Member of the Association of Environmental Lawyers of Nigeria (AELN).
