Temitope Oyebisi

Temitope Titilope Oyebisi is an Associate with expertise in dispute resolution and power. She represents clients in complex commercial litigation, arbitration, land disputes, criminal defense, matrimonial causes, and cross-border recovery matters, and advises on energy and maritime issues.

She has represented a leading tech company in recovering millions of dollars from Nigerian and Mauritian entities and collaborated with US law firms on forfeiture proceedings. She was a team member representing a top oil and gas company in an UNCITRAL arbitration against claims running into trillions of dollars, and has represented oil and gas companies in labour matters. She advised a foreign company on ship‑to‑ship transfer in Nigeria's Exclusive Economic Zone, represented clients in land‑related transactions worth billions of dollars, advised on forum selection for a grievance against a foreign government, represented individuals in criminal proceedings, and advised investors on establishing a medical centre in Northern Nigeria.

Temitope holds an LL.B (Hons) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and is a Chartered Arbitrator of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators, the Nigerian Maritime Law Association, the International Federation of Women Lawyers, and the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria.
