Tosanwumi E. Opubor

Tosanwumi E. Opubor is a Senior Counsel in the Corporate Commercial practice group at Dentons ACAS‑Law in Abuja, specialising in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and company secretarial services. He advises clients on pre‑incorporation and post‑incorporation matters, corporate filings, and compliance with regulatory requirements before the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria.

Tosanwumi has advised clients on obtaining telecommunications licenses at the Nigerian Communications Commission, represented clients in civil trials, and drafted and appeared in successful motions and applications in Court. He also has experience in company secretarial and administration matters and is an aspiring member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria.

Tosanwumi holds an LL.B from Delta State University, Abraka (2018), and a BL from the Nigerian Law School (2019). He is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
