Tosin Adefope

Tosin Adefope is a Partner and an internationally qualified lawyer, admitted to practice in Nigeria (2006) and New York (2007). She specializes in International Business Law, Intellectual Property, Entertainment Law, and has extensive experience in dispute resolution, competition law, and mergers & acquisitions.

Tosin holds an LL.B from University of Warwick, UK and a Master of Laws in International Business Law, Intellectual Property, and Entertainment Law from UCLA, 2005. She founded Tadef Inc, an entertainment law firm, representing notable clients including Tuface Idibia, Dbanj, and Seyi Shay. Tosin has also contributed to environmental legislation, the Sahara Green Wall project, and election-related advisory in Nigeria.

She has over a decade of experience at Magic Circle law firms, including Linklaters in Dispute Resolution and Slaughter and May in Competition Law, advising European clients on complex M&A transactions, cartel investigations, and EC Competition Authority matters.

She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the NBA Section on Business Law – Tourism Committee.
