Abdulmajeed Moshood

Abdulmajeed Moshood is an Associate in the firm's Dispute Resolution Practice, representing financial institutions, multinational corporations, tech companies, and non-profits in complex commercial and regulatory disputes before Nigerian courts. His practice spans commercial litigation, regulatory advisory, and arbitration, with experience in banking, oil and gas, technology, criminal law, consumer protection, probate, private wealth, and employment law. He also supports the firm's Tax Practice on select matters.

He has represented a leading bank in a debt recovery action involving professional fees exceeding ₦641 million, represented a prominent beverage company in investigative proceedings before the FCCPC and related appeals, contributed to strategic advisory for an English investor on exit planning, advised a commercial bank on arbitration prospects, represents a tech company in a contract dispute, and engages in pro bono criminal defence and regulatory agency representation. He has also advised on corporate tax matters, including securing tax exemption for a multilateral financial institution's subsidiary under a Diplomatic Order.

Abdulmajeed holds an LL.B from the University of Ilorin and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School (First Class Honours). He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
