Onikeku Oluwaseun

Onikeku Oluwaseun is an Associate in the firm's Dispute Resolution Team, specialising in commercial litigation, debt recovery, labour law, arbitration, and property law. He advises and represents Nigerian and foreign‑based entities in disputes across multiple practice areas, delivering strategic legal solutions to clients across various sectors.

He conducts due diligence exercises on companies for loan facilities and asset and commercial financing arrangements. His practice spans both contentious and advisory work, with a strong focus on dispute resolution and commercial advisory.

Onikeku holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Lagos and is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LL.M) at the same institution. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK).
