Anastasia Edward

Anastasia Edward is an Associate at Alliance Law Firm and a member of the firm's Transaction and Dispute Resolution Practice Group. She advises and represents clients across a broad range of contentious and commercial matters, combining legal research, advocacy, drafting, and commercial awareness to deliver practical legal solutions.

Anastasia obtained her LL.B (Hons) from Adeleke University, Osun State and her B.L (Hons) from the Nigerian Law School. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the International Association of Privacy Professionals, and End Ecocide Nigeria.

Her practice areas include Dispute Resolution, Data Protection and Privacy Law, Energy, Environmental and Natural Resources Law, and Corporate Finance. She has a strong interest in emerging areas of law and technology, including legal technology, blockchain technology, and data protection regulation.
