Kayode Omosehin

Kayode Omosehin is a Notary Public for the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Managing Principal of Koriat & Co. with over 10 years of active legal practice. He specializes in commercial litigation and arbitration, handling complex trans-border disputes, mergers and acquisitions, tax appeals, oil-spill and environmental disputes, as well as challenges to regulatory sanctions.

He has appeared before the Supreme Court of Nigeria, Court of Appeal (Lagos, Abuja, Calabar), Federal High Courts, National Industrial Courts, and State High Courts including Abuja, Lagos, Rivers, Bayelsa, Cross Rivers and Akwa Ibom. Kayode has provided advisory, drafted court processes, and successfully represented clients including Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited, Statoil Nigeria AS, British Council, British High Commission, Saipem Contracting Nigeria Ltd., and Cummins West Africa Limited.

He also manages other practice areas including business establishment, technology transfer and registration, employment and labour law, intellectual property protection, due diligence, and regulatory compliance.
