Abiodun has extensive expertise in brand protection, anti-counterfeiting and intellectual property litigation. Her practice encompasses complex litigation and enforcement actions involving patents, trademarks, copyrights, industrial designs, passing off and unfair competition.

She is well versed in both contentious proceedings and alternative dispute resolution, regularly advising and representing local and international clients on the protection of their intellectual property rights. Known for her tenacious and solution-oriented approach, she combines strong advocacy skills with commercial awareness to help clients navigate complex disputes and safeguard their most valuable intellectual property assets.

She leverages her expertise to protect client brands across Nigeria and Africa, providing strategic advisory and enforcement services to a diverse portfolio of local and international clients. She holds a BL from the Nigerian Law School and an LLB from Lagos State University. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and its Section on Business Law, a Member of the Panel of Neutrals at the Lagos Multi-Door Courthouse, and a member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria.
