Adedoyin Fadare is an Associate at Alliance Law Firm, specialising in Data Protection, Privacy, and Cybersecurity. He holds an LL.B from Osun State University, a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos, and an LL.M in Privacy & Cybersecurity Law from the University of Southern California, where he also earned a Business Law Certificate and received the Dean’s Award for academic excellence.

Adedoyin has dual licensure to practice law in Nigeria and California, U.S.A. He is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), North American Branch. His practice focuses on advising and implementing data protection and privacy frameworks, including GDPR, CCPA, CPRA, S-Ox, and HIPAA compliance for clients in Nigeria and the United States.

He also advises on Intellectual Property, Contract Management, Technology Financing (Venture Capital & Debt/Equity), Mergers & Acquisitions, Initial Public Offerings (IPOs), Corporate and Data Governance, trade regulation, regulatory compliance, and government contracting for tech companies.
