Bakare Omobola Aishat is a Senior Associate with expertise in intellectual property and data privacy & protection. She advises clients on data protection compliance, intellectual property matters, corporate governance, and regulatory filings, and provides company secretarial and legal advisory services across multiple sectors.

She has provided legal opinions on legislative changes affecting clients' industries, drafted shareholder agreements, contracts of sale, employment contracts, joint venture agreements, EPC contracts, and development service agreements. She has coordinated board meetings, Annual General Meetings, and Emergency General Meetings for corporate clients. She participated as a member of the team engaged by the Nigerian Maritime Administration and Safety Agency (NIMASA) to review and draft an amended NIMASA Act, advised an international gas turbine service provider on the legal implications of employee suspension without recall, acted as in‑house counsel to Infrastructure Delivery International, represented North of England P&I Association at the Federal High Court in a vessel damage claim, and carried out regulatory filings with the Corporate Affairs Commission, Federal Inland Revenue Service, and Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission.

Bakare holds an LL.B from Coventry University, an LL.M in International Business Law from Coventry University, and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (including its Section on Business Law), the International Trademark Association (INTA), the Intellectual Property Law Advocacy Network (IPLAN), and the Data Privacy Lawyers Association of Nigeria.
