Adejorin David Abiona

Adejorin David Abiona is a Partner at Aekley Solicitors, specialising in Corporate and Commercial Law, Intellectual Property Law, and Commercial Dispute Resolution with a focus on litigation and arbitration. He previously led the Ibadan Branch of Tokunbo Orimobi LP and has extensive experience representing national and international clients in multi-million Naira commercial disputes.

Adejorin has advised numerous business entities on complex transactions, real estate projects, and conducted legal due diligence for property sales and acquisitions across Nigeria. His expertise in intellectual property law has earned him recognition as a notable practitioner by Managing IP in its IP Stars rankings.
