Babatunde I.G. Lawal, Esq., LL.B, B.L, LL.M, MCIArb, MNIPR, FCAI is the Principal Partner and CEO of HARLEM Solicitors. He specialises in Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Dispute Resolution, and Real Estate Law, providing strategic legal guidance across a wide spectrum of corporate and commercial matters.

Babatunde holds degrees from Ogun State University, Ago Iwoye, completed a Diploma-in-Law at the Polytechnic of Ibadan, and earned an LL.M from Obafemi Awolowo University. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), African Arbitration Association (AAA), International Bar Association (IBA), Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators (NICArb), and the International Chamber of Commerce, Nigeria (ICC), and a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Administration (FCAI).

Babatunde began his career in litigation with Chief Bon Nwakanma, SAN & Co. and Agbaje, Agbaje & Co. Legal Practitioners before focusing on corporate practice in 2004, earning multiple awards for excellence and consistent performance.
