He is a seasoned professional with a robust background and over a decade of practice in corporate and commercial law litigation, intellectual property practice as well as extensive experience in election petition litigation.

Chukwudi’s legal practice is distinguished by his methodical approach to litigation, particularly in cases involving corporate governance, contractual disputes, and regulatory compliance.

He routinely acts as counsel to a wide range of clients including top tier corporates, SMEs, Multinationals, public sector clients, High Net-Worth Individuals etc.

He graduated with an LL.B. from the prestigious University of Ibadan and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2009.

He joined Afe Babalola & Co. immediately after his call to the Bar, where he has since developed deep expertise in navigating complex commercial disputes.

He also holds a master’s degree in Law from the University of Ibadan.

In addition to his commercial law focus, he oversees the activities of the lawyers at the Afe Babalola & Co office in Ibadan.

He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
