Adeleresimi Phillips-Adeleye is a Senior Associate and core member of the Dispute Resolution Practice, with expertise in commercial litigation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR). She advises clients across a broad range of sectors, including oil and gas, construction and infrastructure, banking and fintech, real estate, and employment, representing global and local clients in complex commercial disputes, contract claims, employment matters, judgment enforcement, and human rights enforcement at both trial and appellate levels.

She also advises clients on project development and dispute resolution issues through the full life cycle of construction projects, providing strategic legal counsel on regulatory compliance, risk management, and dispute avoidance. Her practice spans both contentious and advisory work, delivering commercially focused legal solutions across multiple sectors. She is a member of the firm's Construction & Infrastructure and Energy & Natural Resources Practice Groups.
