Adesoji Ojerinde

Adesoji Ojerinde is a Senior Associate in the Dispute Resolution Practice Group at Dentons ACAS‑Law in Lagos, specialising in dispute resolution, commercial litigation, and corporate insolvency. He advises clients on obtaining remedies for breach of contractual obligations, including pre‑emptive remedies, and represents local and international clients on labour, intellectual property, and real property‑related disputes at trial and appellate courts in Nigeria.

Adesoji has a strong focus on corporate insolvency and commercial practices, delivering strategic counsel to clients either in court or through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms. His deep appreciation and understanding of the intricacies of dispute resolution have sharpened his ability to deliver on client objectives across a range of contentious matters.

Adesoji holds an LL.B from Lagos State University (2011) and a BL from the Nigerian Law School (2012). He is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria.
