Adetumbi Haastrup

Adetumbi Haastrup is a first-class graduate of the Nigerian Law School and an Associate in the Governance and Secretarial Practice (GSP), as well as the Business Advisory and Foreign Investment unit (BAFI). She provides legal and strategic guidance on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, business structuring, and foreign investment matters, and also offers general legal advisory and contract review services to the firm's clients.

Adetumbi holds an LL.B from Lagos State University and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School. She is a member of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliation (ICMC) and the Nigerian Bar Association.
