Gloria Ogwu

Gloria Ogwu is a Partner and Head of the New Business & Regulatory Practice Group, with expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, business establishment, mergers and acquisitions, legal advisory, and contract negotiation. She also handles corporate due diligence, post‑incorporation work, procuring operational licenses and regulatory permits, and immigration applications.

She has over 13 years of experience in regulatory compliance, business establishment, and corporate advisory, advising clients across diverse sectors. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.

Gloria holds an MBA and is a Fellow of the Association of Corporate Governance Professionals of Nigeria.
