Olufunke Hussain

Olufunke Hussain is the Head of Company Secretarial Practice with over 37 years of experience in company secretarial services, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and legal advisory. She leads the Firm’s Company Secretariat Services team, delivering governance, compliance, and corporate advisory solutions to clients across a wide range of industries.

Her extensive career spans the banking, financial services, telecommunications, legal consulting, and information technology sectors. She is widely recognized for her expertise in developing governance frameworks, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing investor relations, and advising boards on complex corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining the Firm, Olufunke served at NCR (Nigeria) Plc, where she rose from Company Secretary to Executive Director. During her tenure, she played a key role in establishing effective corporate governance structures, strengthening regulatory compliance systems, and supporting strategic corporate decision-making.

Called to the Nigerian Bar in 1987, she holds an LL.B from the University of Ife. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Institute of Directors Nigeria. Her leadership continues to support organizations in achieving their strategic objectives while maintaining the highest standards of governance and compliance.
