Bolaji Gabari

Bolaji Gabari is an Associate Partner and heads the firm's Abuja office, bringing a wealth of experience across corporate governance, dispute resolution, intellectual property, data protection, and regulatory compliance. She advises clients on corporate and commercial law, legal advisory, company secretarial services, privacy and data protection, and intellectual property matters.

She has acquired considerable litigation and dispute resolution skills across multiple practice areas, including real estate and property matters, corporate and commercial disputes, debt recovery, and criminal litigation, particularly in human rights enforcement. She has extensive experience in dealings with government and regulatory agencies located in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

Bolaji holds an LL.M in Technology Law and Intellectual Property Law from the University of Liverpool, a Master's in International Affairs & Strategic Studies (MIASS) from the Nigerian Defence Academy, an LL.B. from Lagos State University (2001), and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School (2003). She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria (ICSAN), an alumna of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), and a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the International Bar Association (IBA), and the International Trademark Association (INTA). She served as Immediate Past Chairman of ICSAN Abuja Chapter.
