Damilola Oludipe

Damilola Oludipe is an Associate in the firm's Governance and Secretarial Practice as well as the Business Advisory and Foreign Investment Practice. She advises Nigerian and global clients on corporate governance, company secretarial, corporate and commercial law, business establishment, immigration, employment, and foreign investment, with particular focus on regulatory compliance matters.

She routinely provides company secretarial support to enhance efficiency and compliance with corporate regulations, advises clients on corporate governance matters, and liaises with regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with applicable laws.

Damilola holds an LL.B from Afe Babalola University, Ado-Ekiti and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School. She has a certification in "Ideas for a Better World: Leading Change Through Policymaking." She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Chartered Arbitrators and the Nigerian Bar Association.
