Adebimpe Gbadegesin

Adebimpe Gbadegesin is an Associate Counsel at Dentons ACAS‑Law in Lagos, practicing in the Corporate Governance and Company Secretarial group, specializing in Corporate Governance. She provides company secretarial and compliance services to clients across various industries, including the banking, insurance, and immigration sectors.

Adebimpe has advised an insurance broker firm on its license renewal from the National Insurance Commission and represented clients in debt recovery proceedings. She also has experience in dispute resolution and advocacy.

She holds an LL.B from Osun State University (2019) and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School (2021). She was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2021. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the NBA Section on Business Law.
