Tosin Oyewole

Tosin Oyewole is a Senior Associate in the Lagos office of Dentons ACAS‑Law and a member of the Firm's Company Secretarial and Corporate Governance practice, specialising in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and company secretarial services. She advises local and international clients on statutory and governance requirements, supporting boards and management teams in meeting their obligations.

Tosin's experience includes advising pan‑African companies on company secretarial compliance, regulatory filings, board and shareholder processes, and governance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions. She regularly assists with ongoing company secretarial support to corporate entities, works closely with in‑house legal teams on regulatory and governance matters, and provides governance support in the context of corporate transactions, including restructurings and investments. She is experienced in managing multi‑jurisdictional compliance requirements and supporting clients on complex governance issues.

Tosin holds an LL.B from Lagos State University and a BL from the Nigerian Law School. She was recognised as a Rising Star (40 Under 40) by the ESQ Nigerian Legal Awards in 2025. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association, the Business Recovery and Insolvency Practitioners Association of Nigeria, the NBA Section on Business Law, Women in Management, Business and Public Service, an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria, and a member of the Compliance Institute of Nigeria.
