Belinda Nwodo

Belinda Nwodo is a Senior Counsel at Dentons ACAS‑Law in Lagos, specializing in Corporate Governance. She focuses on company secretarial services, corporate governance advisory, and corporate restructuring for local and international companies across various sectors. She ensures efficient company administration, compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and implementation of Board decisions.

Belinda has advised extensively on the establishment and operation of businesses in Nigeria, pre‑ and post‑incorporation regulatory compliance, and corporate governance matters. She is also a child advocate with significant experience in child protection matters.

She holds an LL.B from Nnamdi Azikiwe University and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School (2017). She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria.
