Esther Ajayi

Esther Ajayi is a Corporate and Commercial lawyer who specializes in advising international and local clients on matters related to corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and business operations in Nigeria. She also provides expert company secretarial services.

She advises boards and executives on governance structures, shareholder rights, and compliance with Nigerian corporate laws, guides clients through regulatory requirements and licensing with CAMA, SEC, NITDA, and other key bodies, drafts and negotiates commercial agreements, and supports local and foreign clients in business setup and day-to-day legal operations.

Esther holds an LL.B. from Obafemi Awolowo University and a B.L. from the Nigerian Law School. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
